Art - Manakitanga
Who's in my group?
Chloe, Sharney and Latoiya.
What are out roles?
My role is Director
Chloe's role is drawer/artist
Sharney and Latoiyas roles are camera women
How does our story show manakitanga?
By showing two teenagers helping an elderly woman and giving her people to talk to. They decide to help her do her shopping and invite her over to their house for a cup of tea.

Art- Stop Motion
In this hurumanu we are going to be working on stop motion movies. We talked about stop motions and what that meant we came up with some ideas of what you need, what stop motion means and how to make one.

The Bone Tiki - Week 5
This past week we have been doing more work on 'The Bone Tiki. I decided to restart the book as we had a new set of activity's that went right back to chapter one an I hadn't been paying much attention the first time. There are a set of activity's per chapter and you have a week or so to complete them. Then we have a discussion group in our reading groups to talk about what we have just read.

Digital technology
Introduction:
For digital technology for the past 8 weeks we have been working. I have been working on a social issue which is cyber bullying. I chose this because I know people who have been cyber bullied and I know it was really upsetting for them. I decided I wanted to help people change their ways and be nicer to people especially online. We had to come up with an issue then research story's, effect and why people do it.

I enjoyed doing this hurumanu for 8 weeks as I got to try new websites out and hearing about different things that have happened to people. I think that some of the apps were hard to use but it was fun trying them anyway. I don't think I would do digital technology again but it was fun
