Positive aspect of this year

This year my school gave me the opportunity to join Project K. This is a program in which you go on a three-week journey starting from Windy point then tramping + biking back through the gates of Hornby High.  I recommend that anybody who is given the opportunity should take it. It was extremely difficult but I still enjoyed it.

Niuean Language Week + Tokelau Language Week - Music

https://tevaka.com/

100-word writing challenge for Niuean Language Week + Tokelau Language Week

This type of music makes me think of being in Fiji in the summer, the music reminds me of sitting outside with cultural music playing and while I know it's different it still reminds me of this. I can also picture the ocean being clear and the weather being sunny, the music just sounds happy and upbeat. Another image I can see is the beach during sunset when the sky starts to turn orange and pink, I feel like this kind of music would really suit the occasion, and that is what it makes me think of.

Inclusiveness- wananga

Since doing this work I don't think my thoughts have changed much, I think I understand being inclusive a little bit more but I feel like I already was inclusive so I didn't need much to change.

VIA Test

These are the results of my personality VIA test.

1.I think that this is a skill of mine, I manage to be grateful for everything I have because I know I have alot more than some other people and that I am a very lucky person,
2. I'm not sure why curiosity is my second skill, I cam a very curious person but I would have thought some of my other skills would come before it.
3.I am a kind person most of the time and when im not its either because they have done something or Its banter with friends and frankly if I was going to be kind to my friends it wouldn't go down so well.
4. I guess this one fits, I'm not sure.
5. This is very true, I use humour in every situation possible. When I'm sad, when someone else is, when its an awkward situation or just in everyday conversation.

Kate Sheppard- New Zealand Biography.

In Wananga we have been working on making a biography of someone who is or was famous or who has done something to change new Zealand in a good way.
I chose Kate Sheppard as she is the reason women can vote and who knows what New Zealand would be like without her. I was debating doing it about Sir Edmund Hillary but I decided that Kate Sheppard was more important or had a better story for changing our country for the better.

Comic strips

Characters name: Dude
Power: Able to make words appear in life.
Dude is making words appear in everyday life and they represent the sounds that are happening.

Next time I would have a better story line, art skills and name.

Lockdown Word Art

Word explanations.
Hungry -  I felt hungry because I was near food all of the time and wanted to eat.
Tired -  I constantly felt tired probably because I was home all day everyday doing the same things day after day.
Relaxed - Because I never had anything I needed to do and nobody I had to see.
Overworked- I felt like the teachers gave us too much work and expected us to complete all of it because we were home all day.
