How does our story show manakitanga?
By showing two teenagers helping an elderly woman and giving her people to talk to. They decide to help her do her shopping and invite her over to their house for a cup of tea.

Make Their Day Promise

We have been talking about Manaakitanga and making someone's day. Yesterday we got to line up outside to buy an ice block, the price was to promise  to make someone's day. There were lots of different options to make someone's day I chose to give someone a compliment.
