Move To Improve

Today was our first day with working on our passion projects and our topic for passion projects are Move to improve. We had to work on some fitness tests like the jump test or the flexibility test and much much more.

Why have we chosen this project, and what do we hope to improve?
I chose this project because I wanted to get fit and healthy.

What are some activities that we would like to do and/or things you would like to learn as part of our passion project?
I would like to learn how to cook/eat healthier than I currently do. I would also like to get some more fitness skills.

What are our test results from the fitness tests?


Standing jump: 0.3 m (Poor)
Verticle jump:1 m (poor)
Sit and reach:21 cm (Excellence)
Zig zag run test:21.5 sec (Below Average)
60 Metre:12.31 sec (Unidentified)
30 Metre:6.44 sec (Poor)
12 minute run: 4 and 1/4 laps (Average)

Move To Improve: The last days

This week we have our last few sessions of Move To Improve and we have redone the fitness test to see how much better we are these are my results.

Standing jump: .90
Vertical jump: 2
Flexability: 22.8
Run test 30 metres: 6 seconds
Run test 60 metres: 13.5
Zig zag:15
12 minute run: 5 laps
